Edmund Lyon Park sits in the center of the Village of East Rochester. It opened in 1916 on land given by Kate Gleason. The park is named for local financier Edmund Lyon. The original bandstand went up that year and was replaced in 1988. The park has a gazebo, a fountain, a ball field, and a basketball court. It is also home to the Station of Heroes, a set of memorials to East Rochester veterans.
